260MRT Scissor Lift Service Training

260MRT Scissor Lift Service Training covers the engine-powered 260MRT scissor lift. This class covers machine operational characteristics, hydraulic and electrical systems, canbus system, JLG analyzer, calibrations, and troubleshooting basic hydraulic and electrical systems.

Duration: One day (8 hours)
Who Should Take This Class: Technicians who service and repair JLG 260MRT scissor lift machines
Prerequisite: Recommended - Technician Fundamentals

340AJ Service Training

340AJ Boom Lift Service Training covers the 340AJ articulated boom lift. This class covers machine operational characteristics, hydraulic and electrical systems, canbus system, JLG analyzer, calibrations, and troubleshooting basic hydraulic and electrical systems.

Duration: Two days (16 hours)
Who Should Take This Class: Technicians who service and repair JLG 340AJ boom lift machines
Prerequisite: Recommended - Technician Fundamentals

Boom Lift Service Training covers engine-powered straight and articulating boom lifts. This class covers machine operational characteristics, hydraulic and electrical systems, canbus system, JLG analyzer, calibrations, and troubleshooting basic hydraulic and electrical systems.

Duration: Three days (24 hours)
Who Should Take This Class: Technicians who service and repair JLG engine-powered boom lift machines
Prerequisite: Recommended - Technician Fundamentals
Models Covered: 400 Series, 450A Series II, 600S Series, 600A Series, 800S Series, 800A Series

Electric Boom Lift Service Training

Electric Boom Lift Service Training covers electric-powered straight and articulating boom lifts. This class covers machine operational characteristics, hydraulic and electrical systems, canbus system, JLG analyzer, calibrations, and troubleshooting basic hydraulic and electrical systems.

Duration: Three days (24 hours)
Who Should Take This Class: Technicians who service and repair JLG electric-powered boom lift machines
Prerequisite: Recommended - Technician Fundamentals
Models Covered: E300 Series, E400 Series, E450 Series, E600 Series

Telehandler Operator Training

Most countries require or recommend operators of telehandlers to be trained before any operation. This class teaches operators to safely operate JLG Telehandlers based on the requirements of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards and the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) standards.

Duration: One day (8 hours)
Who Should Take This Class: Everyone who operates any Telehandler
Prerequisite: None

Aerial Work Platform (AWP) Operator Training

Most countries require or recommend operators of Aerial Work Platforms (AWPs) or Mobile Elevated Work Platforms (MEWPs) to be trained before any operation. This class teaches operators to safely operate Aerial Work Platforms based on the requirements of the American National Standards Institute/Scaffold Industry Association (ANSI/SIA) standards and the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) standards.

Duration: One day (8 hours)
Who Should Take This Class: Everyone who operates any Aerial Work Platform

Compact Crawler Service Training

Compact Crawler Service Training covers engine-powered and lithium-powered boom lifts. This class covers machine operational characteristics, hydraulic and electrical systems, Rahmino system, calibrations, and troubleshooting basic hydraulic and electrical systems.

Duration: Three days (24 hours)
Who Should Take This Class: Technicians who service and repair JLG Compact Crawler boom lift machines
Prerequisite: Recommended - Technician Fundamentals
Models Covered: X14J, X390AJ, X17J, X550AJ, X23J, X700AJ

Digital Multimeter Principles Course

The Digital Multimeter Principles course is a one-module e-learning program. The course covers how to properly use a digital multimeter to troubleshoot electrical problems. Specifically, this course covers how to properly set the meter to read voltage, resistance, continuity, and current. This course is only available in English at this time.

Duration: Self-paced, typically 1 hour
Who Should Take This Class: Technicians who service and repair JLG machines

ES Series Scissor Lift Service Training

ES Series Scissor Lift Service Training covers electric-powered ES Series scissor lifts. This class covers machine operational characteristics, hydraulic and electrical systems, canbus system, JLG analyzer, calibrations, and troubleshooting basic hydraulic and electrical systems.

Duration: One and a half days (12 hours)
Who Should Take This Class: Technicians who service and repair JLG ES Series scissor lift machines
Prerequisite: Recommended - Technician Fundamentals
